Like the iridescent moss it's named for, the Foxfire Inn Stowe Vermont Bed and Breakfast Inn and Italian Restaurant glows with warmth and charm. For over two decades we have welcomed guests to our relaxed country atmosphere. Although best known among locals and tourists for our fine Italian cuisine, The Foxfire actually began as a bed and breakfast inn. Five cozy guest rooms are furnished with antiques, all with private bath and air conditioning. Inviting living room inspire guests to linger over coffee and liqueurs, perhaps play a few round of checkers or chat by a crackling fire.

Introduction into the restaurant business began when the Segreto Family purchased the Inn in 1975. They offered family style dinners to their guests. Now, more than two decades later, those dinners have evolved into a ninety seat restaurant serving Northern and Southern Italian specialties. Our full service bar features an extensive Italian wine list. Guests are welcome to dine in the restaurant or at the bar. In addition to our regular service, we're happy to host your special function.
